The experience
After dark the bush changes. On a night drive an open vehicle with a responsibly used spotlight searches for nocturnal wildlife that you will never see by day: bushbabies, genets, civets, owls and nightjars, with the chance of lion or leopard on the hunt. A bush dinner is a quieter evening: a table under the stars in a private reserve with a meal cooked over a fire.
The rate sheet lists these as one item with a choice between them, in a private game reserve, so tell us which you prefer when you book. An evening takes about three hours, and longer if the drive and the dinner are combined.
Good to know: The National Parks fee of US$5 per person is charged in addition to the price. Timings, meeting points and what to wear are confirmed in your booking voucher.
